Safety Star of the Month Program
Initiated in 2025, the program recognized warehouse employees that have done a safe act or displays the embodiment of safety in the workplace. The employees are nominated by their location managers and are selected by a lottery system. Those that have won for the month are displayed throughout the company as a commercial for the month they won, receive a gift, and an award at the Safety Week Closing Ceremony in November. Those nominated employees that did not win, remain in the lottery for the entire fiscal year which offers the opportunity to win a different month.
